Q.) How does it work?
A.) It works two ways: pick up or full service as described below.

Pick Up:

There is no minimum order for pick-up. We’ll cook, arrange, and package your catered items with easy reheating instructions, when applicable. Pick up times will be prearranged and we kindly ask for at least twenty-four-hour advance notice on catering orders and 2 weeks for whole pigs

Full Service:

Our professional full services plan will include us preparing, serving, and cleaning up the buffet line. Not only do we setup a tent over the buffet line, but we will take the time to explain all of the wonderful items that you have chosen as your guests come through the line. We offer complementary consultation, as well as free sampling our our foods to help you decide.

Pricing:

The charge for this delicious service can be found below. We do add an 18% gratuity and 6% sales tax.We cannot perform our service for less than 60 guests.

He will set up a time when you can come into the Rib House, at your convenience, for a free food sampling.

		We will show up at your party with the pig still cooking in our Pig Smoker. The pig will continue to cook while your guests arrive. The pig will finish cooking at the time pre determined by you, at which time it will be carved and served to your guests along with the side dishes you have chosen. Whole pigs are also available for pick-up cooked and wrapped in foil (always figure 1lb of pig per person) (and remember please give us 2 weeks notice!)
